About The Plan
Hello, my name is Tom O’Halloran. I am not a politician, I am not and will not be running for any office, nor would I agree to do so if asked. What I AM is an American. Just a guy; but one that is fed up with the way BOTH parties have ignored the constitution once they get to Washington. I am tired of politician raping the rights of the people they are supposed to be serving.
I have laid out The Plan To Take America Back, which is the most radical plan I have seen for taking our country back, and putting the taxpayers in control again.

LOVE THIS, however Have you introduced this to anyone honest & experienced in government, like Ron Paul for instance and got their opinion / feedback on how to do something as big as this? If so who are they? I would love to know the experts opinions on this & how they can or are going to support you. The tougher issue is: How will you get a member of the house to introduce such a bill and convince 2/3 of both houses to vote yes’ on such limits ect. I don’t think there is any provision in the constitution for grass-roots amendments (I have to do further research on this myself ). And this idea is asking entrenched self-interests to voluntarily quit after a certain amount of time. I will ask my Reps to support this.
