They are the same, just sporting different names--much like a man and woman in marriage today, where instead of "the two shall become one" and the household bears the husband's name, often the wife keeps her own "identity," or name. But, at least that union is publically recognized. With the government parties, however, it's not an open and legitimate relationship. Rather, they choose to "be in the bed together" and "behind closed doors" in an effort to keep their "relationship" hidden the voters. My husband has recently been saying, "I'm going to do everything in my power to destroy the Decomocratic party; then, I'm going after the Republican party." When I read what you have written here, I realized how very much in line with what he's been saying you advocate as a way to take the country back. Bravo! For years my husband has also spoken about the increased size of the Federal government. They have taken over much, too much, of the responsibilitiesof the State and Church! Yes, I said Church--another illegitimate relationship--in bed together in that legal relationship of prostitution known as a 501(c) 3! Is it any wonder the "healthcaresystem" is in a mess? We have given over to "Ceasar" even the most basic of human re-sponsibilities. Care of the sick and dying was once considered a family obligation. If no household or extended family could take care of their own, the Church family provided for the infirmed--care until recovery or natural death. Similarly, the government has taken over education--not only in public schools, but in private schools as well. In earlier times parents were more involved in the education of their kids. They hired and paid the teachers out of their own resources. They held the teachers responsible for doing the job they'd been hired to do, and learning standards were higher then. At the same time, children were taught to hold to the same truths and values as their fathers, and their fathers, before them. It has taken many years for this great country to degenerate into this current condition of arrogance, debt and degradation. Perhaps it will take total failure and enslavement to the foreign countries who have been keeping us afloat before we regain the humility of being a nation that serves God and His people! Afterall, it's the PLATFORM that needs changing, not the PARTY...!
