In a stunning reversal this week, the Obama administration dropped all charges against 3 Black Panther members, even though the members never even responded to the charges, thus ensuring an easy conviction.
On election day last November, the three wearing combat fatigues, army boots and carrying billy sticks, hung out in front of a Pennsylvania polling place shouting at voters arriving to vote “Now it’s YOUR turn to be ruled by the black man, CRACKER!!”
The Bush administration pressed charges immediately, as it is a FEDERAL OFFENSE to intimidate voters, or eben to have a weapon at polling places.
The three black panthers, Minister King Samir Shabazz, Malik Zulu Shabazz and Jerry Jackson were charged in a civil complaint in the final days of the Bush administration with violating the voter rights act by using coercion, threats and intimidation. Shabazz allegedly held a nightstick or baton that prosecutors said he pointed at people and menacingly tapped it. Prosecutors also say he “supports racially motivated violence against non-blacks and Jews.”

The Obama administration however, came to POWER thanks to suce minority activist groups such as this and the criminal enterprise ACORN. Just like tax laws do not apply if ou are an Obama supporter, neither do silly election laws.
So the moral to the story is, Contrary to what Martin Luther King said about the color of your skin… it IS OK TO BE A RACIST, as long as you are against the white people.
Just another shameful act of the Obama administration, Just another sad day in America.
